The nose is covered with fresh cut lilacs and crushed strawberries. The light pale pink rim displays the purity of this wine. The first taste exhibits pressed blueberries followed by ripe Bing cherries and dried strawberries. The structure of the wine is seamless showing round tannins, bright acidity and moderate alcohol. The combination of fruit purity and proper vinification methods is a testament of the Two Moons project and food friendly way to approach wine.
